Rights and obligations of users

The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and to use each of the services of the Store diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could damage or cause damage to the property and rights of www.eltintero.es, its suppliers, Users or any third party in general.

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that, by completing these forms, your personal data will be stored and processed in the files of www.eltintero.es in order to provide and offer you our services and to inform you of improvements to the website.   • Mainland Spain: 3,50€ (free from 50€)
  • Balearic Islands: 6,50€.
  • Portugal: 5,50€
  • Canary Islands: 10,00€.
  • Europe (rest of EU): 12,00€.
  • Rest of the world: 25,00€.

Estimated delivery time

We work so that you can have your personalised products as soon as possible. The delivery time is approximately 4 to 5 working days, except for some products which are indicated in their description. We deliver certified shipments. You can always contact us to confirm the status of your order.

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers shall pay the applicable customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs formalities in the country of destination.

Return policy

A period of up to 15 days from receipt is established for the return.

We will not accept returns of damaged, used or unlabelled garments.

Items must be properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
